DOMESTIC ORDERS: Shipping options of 1st Class mail, Priority Mail, and FEDEX ground are available for all US domestic orders. ALL packages shipped via USPS have delivery confirmations on them so we can confirm delivery. However the packages cannot be tracked using this number like a tracking number with UPS or FedEX. Almost all orders are mailed out within 24 hours. We do our best to assure fast delivery. However, we cannot control the USPS or their delivery times. They make NO guarantees for their service or delivery times, so please don't ask us to make those guarantees for the USPS.
IMPORTANT: We put delivery confirmations on EVERY package we ship. When the post office scans the confirmation to confirm delivery, we consider the item delivered and will not replace the item. If we were to replace items that the PO said were delivered, then anyone could get a duplicate order by just saying the delivery confirmation done by the PO is incorrect. If we make a mistake, we will gladly make it right. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery before asking for a lost order to be replaced. I don't want to be the one to tarnish your high esteem for the USPS but they can be very slow sometimes. We want everyone to receive their order but sending out duplicate orders everytime someone gets impatient just doesn't work.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship anywhere in the world. Our international orders are mailed via standard Airmail. Delivery times vary widely depending on the destination. Again, we have no control over delivery times. PLEASE do not ask us to falsify customs forms. We won't ask you to rob a bank for us, so please don't ask us to commit customs fraud for you. Customs charges are between you and your government. You will find our international shipping charges very reasonable.
INSURANCE: All orders are insured by us at no extra charge.
PACKING: We pack non-breakable orders (belts) in padded envelopes. Any larger or breakable items are packed in boxes.
RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the items are received by the customer. We cannot accept returns of belts and electronics parts after that time.
SPECIAL ITEMS: All of our cleaners and chemical items cannot be sent through the USPS. They can only be shipped via FEDEX Ground. Please be sure and select the FEDEX Ground shipping option when order such items. Our used stereo items must also be send through FEDEX Ground so again, please select the FEDEX Ground shipping option when you checkout.
